Postpartum Support

Support during your 4th trimester is so beneficial for every family as they adjust to life with a newborn at home. Postpartum doulas are trained to assist with:

• Breastfeeding support & Breast pump guidance
• Emotional support during the physical recovery from birth
• Assistance with newborn care such as: bathing, feeding, diapering, and soothing
• Cleaning and sanitation of baby supplies
• Breastmilk storage
• Baby laundry and organization
• Light sibling care
• Help establishing routines
• Referrals to local resources if needed

Singletons:

Days 7am – 7pm $37 per hour

Overnights 7pm-7am $40 per hour

 

Multiples:

Days 7am – 7pm $42 per hour

Overnights 7pm-7am $45 per hour
